Congratulations! You have been selected as an
Archaeologist Intern for the summer, and you have been assigned to
the Caribbean Studies Program. You will be traveling to the
islands of the Caribbean to learn about the great indigenous
civilizations that lived there before the arrival of the
Europeans.
The work is difficult,
the
hours are long, and your expedition leader will expect a lot out
of you. But, the rewards
are great!
Your final project at
the end of your internship will be to
prepare a written narrative and media
presentation describing your discoveries!
Before you make the trip you will need to
know what is expected of you. And remember
to

departing. That way you won't have
any big surprises along the
way.
